The Vision

The Vision In 2014, God gave a vision to bring together young Christians who would stand firm in the one Spirit and strive together as one for the faith of the gospel (Philippians 1:27) to reach the city in unity through mission. After many months of praying, planning and hot chocolate drinking by Young People, Youth Ministers, Youth Leaders and Youth Advocates representing many churches in Worcestershire, The Noise Worcester was born.

The Noise brings young people together in word & deed mission in the city, demonstrating God’s love through practical service and declaring the good news of Jesus Christ to those we meet & serve. We dream of seeing young people making a loud noise of love, hope and joy (Psalm 98:4) and each year plan a three day mission during the October half term.

The Noise launches with a worship gathering for the young people with worship, prayer, Biblical teaching & practical training. On Friday and Saturday groups are sent out to serve in social action & community building projects that are being organised by local churches in conjunction with organisations and local charities. The missions conclude with a large celebration.

This is a vision to see, year after year, communities of Worcester transformed by the words and deeds of young Christians through the local church.
